Lessons:

We offer Red Cross, Swim America or Lifesaving Society lessons, depending on the goal of the group.  Our facilities are large enough to accommodate full classes with enough instructors to maintain a good teaching ratio.  Our classes are flexible, and can accommodate any schedule, be it everyday, once a week, or something more tailored to the students needs. Free Swim:

Older students may prefer just to have Free Swim where they can enjoy being in water, while still getting lots of exercise.  We can incorporate water polo, games, water safety, etc into each free swim session to have students be exposed to all aspects of swimming and sports. Special Needs:

All of our Swim Schools work with Physiotherapy Clinics, allowing our staff to specialize in working with individuals with special needs.  We offer swimming lessons, free swim or fitness classes in the pool.  We recommend theseindividuals take lessons in our 91 degree heated, saltwater pool, to increase comfort in the water.  Please contact Genevieve at ggee@trinityswimschool.com or 905-417-2525 ext 655 for more information.

AquaFitness:

AquaFitness is a fun and different way to incorporate fitness into any high school gym program.  It is very cost effective, and can be done throughout the semester, as well as at the last minute, if the need presents itself.  Please contact Genevieve at ggee@trinityswimschool.com or 905-417-2525 ext 655 for more information.
