Gold Group ($2,600.00+ HST)Age: 12 + Time Commitment: 15 hours swimming and 3 hours of dry land The overall goal is to push the swimmers to work hard to achieve the limits of their abilities and aim at Championship levels of competition. Swimmers must have the willpower to go even further, show up to workouts on time and be ready to do everything the coach asks of them. To stay in this group swimmers must maintain a good attendance record and show the desire to go further. |

Silver Group ($1800.00 + HST)Age: 9 - 12 Years Time Commitment: 8.5 - 10 hours swimming and 2 hours of dry land Silver Candidates must enjoy swimming and have the will to go to swim meets. The overall goal is to improve technique and increase strength. To stay in this group swimmers must maintain a good attendance record and excel in time standards and stroke techniques. |

Bronze Group ($1200.00 + HST)Age: 6 - 9 years Time Commitment: 4 hours swimming Candidates will learn the fundamental of swimming, develop swimming skills and techniques as well as prepare for competitions. To move to the next level, candidates have to be able to swim all strokes and must attend all workouts. |

Aluminum Group ($1000.00 + tax)Age: 5 - 7 Years Old Time Commitment: 3 hours of swimming Candidates will learn to swim, get comfortable in the pool and learn the correct competitive strokes and skills required for swim team, but at a slower pace. Designed for students who only wish to swim three times a week. |

Kids fitness: 1 - 3 workout ($300.00 + HST) / 4 - 6 workouts ($550.00 + HST)Fee also includes a 1 Year Gym Membership at Premier Fitness in Newmarket. $870.00 Value, must be 14 years or older.Age: 12 + Time Commitment: 1 - 6 hours of swimming This is a group introduction program to competitive swimming and practicing. Participants will swim up to 6 Hours a week learning proper techniques in order to improve the four primary Olympic strokes while being introduced to the competitive language. The overall goal of kids fitness is to develop not only strokes but a desire to continue swimming at a competitive level, and have FUN. |
